Know Your Next Action to Stay Focused

To stay focused on your work you need to know the next action you will need to take. You should avoid putting down generalized goals/tasks such as eating healthy, instead break it down and put ‘I will eat a morning bowl of fruits three times a week. When you don’t have this direction, the likely chance you will procrastinate and not achieve your goal/task. When you are working on your task remember to take small breaks in order to prevent you from losing focus. Setting a timer for 25 minutes is also helpful so you can avoid any resistance to start working and convince your brain to stay committed on a task.
