Escaping Burnout
When things in your life become too stressful and/or you can’t see a clear path in the direction you want to go, the best solution is to take a break. It can be short or long, but regardless take that break so you can hit that button to reset yourself mentally, emotionally and physically. I have experienced burnout a couple of times, the first time I kept ignoring the warning signs which resulted in a negative outcome of developing a rare neuromuscular disorder. The second time I experienced burnout I was able to catch it in the early stages and I was able to avoid another negative outcome. Always remember to look out for yourself first because without you being 100%, you can’t be there 100% for those important people that are in your life.
